    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
    • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, mango)
    • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)

    Instructions:

    1. Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
    2. In a pot, heat the milk over medium heat and add the rice. Stir occasionally.
    3. Once the rice softens (about 20 minutes), add sugar and stir well.
    4. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
    5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
