    Spiced Prune Beef Burger

    Ingredients:

    • A tablespoon of olive oil.
    • 500 grams of minced beef.
    • 1/4 cup of chopped prunes. 
    • 1 teaspoon each of ground cumin, smoky paprika, and olive oil.
    • One-fourth teaspoon black pepper.
    • One-fourth teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    • There are four hamburger rolls. Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any extra toppings you choose!

    Instructions:

    1. To begin, preheat a non-stick skillet or grill. 

    2. Combine salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), cumin, smoked paprika, chopped prunes, beef mince, and olive oil in a large bowl. 

    3. Next, thoroughly stir the ingredients until it is all combined. 

    4. Form each of the mixture’s four equal portions into a ball. 

    5. Gently press each ball into the shape of a patty.
